Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for events booked with City Kabob Catering.

1Cancellation by Client

More than 30 days before the event: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
15–30 days before the event: 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the event: no refund.

2Cancellation by City Kabob Catering

If we are unable to fulfill your event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

3Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4Changes to Event

For any cancellation or refund requests, please contact us at info@citykabobcatering.com or +1 838 213 1422. Additional changes may apply for changes made within 7 days.
